“I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was really clean, and having free washing and drying available was a huge plus.
The staff were incredible—big thanks to Jamie, Yoyo, Lyn, and Tia for being so helpful. When I lost my hotel card, they replaced it immediately. I also requested a room change in the middle of the night, and they handled it seamlessly without me needing to go to the front desk; they even sent the new keys to my door using a cute robot!

“Reservations were made easily through an online platform. Property emailed me a contact number so that I could contact them as needed upon my arrival to Chongqing. Once I arrived by metro, I messaged the property and they gave me further directions on how to locate the hotel by pin location. Located on the 41st floor (take elevator 5 or 10), check in was easy. Room was better than expected. Staff was very friendly, too! Stay here!”

“This was an incredible hotel, everything was brand new, and the staff were more than accommodating to our pets. They arrived with beds, bowls, and toys with treats. It’s an amazing family, friendly destination. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Chongqing, but just 30 minutes away and you feel like you’re in a mountain in paradise. ”
